David Stelzer
David Stelzer is an organic food and healthy soil pioneer. His family has farmed in the Pacific Northwest for more than 100 years, and he is the founder and CEO of Azure Farm and Azure Standard, a leading producer and nationwide distributor of natural, organic, and non-GMO food.
Joel Salatin
Joel Salatin calls himself a Christian libertarian environmentalist capitalist lunatic farmer. Others who like him call him the most famous farmer in the world. He co-owns Polyface Farm in Swoope, Virginia, with his family. Featured in the current documentary, The Lunatic Farmer, the New York Times bestseller Omnivore’s Dilemma and award-winning documentary Food Inc.
Rory Feek
Rory Feek is a country music songwriter, author, filmmaker, and full-time farmer. He's known for being one-half of the Grammy-winning country music duo Joey + Rory with his late wife, Joey Feek, and for his bestselling memoir, "This Life I Live". He is now married to Rebecca and is the father of three daughters.
Amber & Josh Benge
Amber Benge (@gracewalkfarm) is the owner of Grace Walk Farm where she teaches a gardening course, making money on a homestead, how to grow zinnias, and more! She is also a graduate of Herbal Academy’s The Foraging Course, Introductory Herbal Course, and the Herbal Materia Medica Course. Josh is a pastor, fruit farmer, and devoted family man whose life is rooted in faith, community, and the land.
Gary Leavitt
Gary Leavitt started working with Bosch Mixers and Grain Mills in 1979. After managing retail stores and the national business, he became the exclusive distributor of Bosch Universal Kitchen Machines for North America in 1990. Today, in addition to making various models of grain mills—like the NUTRIMILL Classic, the world’s best-selling electric grain mill—NUTRIMILL is also the largest distributor of Bosch Universal Kitchen mixers globally.
Jeremy Pryor
Jeremy Pryor founded and led several businesses and non-profits including Epipheo (a video production agency), Just Sew (a quilt shop), FamilyTeams.com (training content for families), and 1000 Houses (a network of Cincinnati disciple-making households).
Kristin Noble
Wife, homeschooling mom of four, homesteader, and the voice behind Generation Acres Farm—a growing online community where Kristin teaches families how to return to real, nourishing food through fresh milled flour and simple, from-scratch rhythms. She’s helped thousands of families ditch ultra-processed foods and build confidence in the kitchen through her cookbooks, courses, recipes, and trusted bread-making resources.
Zechariah Stelzer
Zechariah Stelzer - 4th generation farmer and VP of operations at Azure Standard. Zechariah is married to his wife, Bethany, and together they're raising their children on the family farm. Zechariah is passionate about sharing with others innovative ways to overcome obstacles in farming and business while having a multigenerational vision.
Amber Nelsom
Amber is the heart and soul behind Woman of the Mountains, where she blends her love for nature with timeless skills passed down through generations. As an artisan, she creates beautiful natural body products, distills fragrant hydrosols, and embraces the traditional craft of tanning furs, all while soaking in the beauty of the great outdoors.
Teaching is Amber's true passion, and she loves hosting hands-on workshops that invite others to rediscover the simple joys of rewilding.
Laura Denning
Laura is the owner of Broken Barn Farm. She produces and sells organically grown produce, pasture raised eggs, bone broth, and specialty foods made from homegrown ingredients. She teaches others how to produce their own shelf stable foods with hands on workshops.
Neal Kinsey
Agronomist, author and businessman Neal Kinsey owns and operates Kinsey Agricultural Services, Inc., a family owned company which specializes in soil fertility management. He is the owner and president of Kinsey Agricultural Services. He performs detailed soil audits determine specific fertilization programs based on each individual soil and its fertility requirements. He is also the 2003 recipient of the Acres USAA Eco-Agriculture Achievement Award.

This event is for the whole family. Take the kids on a tractor tour of the organic orchards or let them try their hand at pumpkin bowling and the community quilt-a-long. There is something for everyone to enjoy at the Harvest Festival!
In the evenings, we’ll wrap up with campfires and "S’more Information" sessions while we chat with the speakers about your questions from the day.
